If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online or in store at Zampera, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase or receiving your online order.
Item/s returned or exchanged must be received within 14 days of purchase at the expensive of the buyer, upon which a refund will be made.
Item/s returned or exchanged must be unworn and returned in their original condition with tags attached and packaging.
Zampera do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items.
Each online order is carefully packaged and checked before sent out. If in the unlikely event you find your item/s damaged or faulty please email us at email@example.com to review your request.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, an alternative item or refund.

All online orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Ivanhoe East boutique. During sale periods our dispatch times can be between 1-3 business days.
Shipping is FREE on all Australian orders over $250. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for Australian orders under $250 and a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for New Zealand orders.

Express shipping within Australia can be selected at check out for an additional AUD15.00. Please allow between 1-3 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress.
We deliver products Australia-wide, using Australia Post. We deliver products to New Zealand through Sendle.
Click & Collect
As a complimentary service customers whom are able to visit our Ivanhoe East boutique can also select our Click & Collect service at checkout. Select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout and your item will be ready for you to pick up in store the very next business day.
After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection. IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection before heading in store.
To collect your order you will need to show photo ID (such as a drivers licence) and your order confirmation notification email.
Should you need your item sooner, simply contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on (03) 9499 1550 and we will have your goods ready for collection at a time of your choosing.
If you change your mind and are unable to click and collect your order from our boutique please contact us via email email@example.com or phone us on (03) 9499 1550 and we can arrange payment for shipping out your order.
