Online Returns Policy

For online purchases only If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased, you must email us at hello@zampera.com.au within 7 days of purchase or receiving your online order.

Item/s returned or exchanged online must be received within 14 days of purchase at the expensive of the buyer, upon which a refund will be made. 

Item/s returned or exchanged must be unworn and returned in their original condition with tags attached and packaging.

Sale Items

Zampera do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items both online and instore.


Faulty Items

Each online order is carefully packaged and checked before sent out. If in the unlikely event you find your item/s damaged or faulty please email us at hello@zampera.com.au to review your request. 

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, an alternative item or refund.

In-Store Purchases

Please choose carefully in-store.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
